Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to run your account: your email, your settings and agents, and usage logs. We don't sell your data. You can ask for a copy or for deletion at any time.
1. What we collect
- Account details: email address, optional display name, a securely hashed password.
- Your answers and settings: onboarding answers (like your goal and comfort with risk), agents, strategies and practice trades.
- Records of what you agreed to: which version of our terms and disclosures you accepted, when, and from which IP address and browser.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser info, and logs that help us keep the service secure and working.
- Billing: if you pay, our payment provider handles your card. We receive only limited details such as the plan, amount and the last digits of the card.
- Broker connections: if you connect a paper/demo broker account, we store its access keys encrypted.
2. Why we use it
- to run your account and your agents;
- to send account emails (confirming your email, password resets, receipts and important notices);
- to keep the service secure and prevent abuse;
- to understand what's working and improve the product;
- to meet legal and tax obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run TailorTrade — for example hosting, email delivery, payments and AI model providers (which receive the market data and strategy text needed to run your agents) — and when the law requires it. Some providers are outside Israel; we use providers that protect data to an adequate standard.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices) or to resolve disputes.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under Israel's Privacy Protection Law and the EU/UK GDPR), you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to some uses. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
6. Security
Passwords are hashed, broker keys are encrypted, and connections use HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
7. Cookies
The app stores a sign-in token in your browser so you stay logged in. We don't use advertising cookies.
8. Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll ask you to review it in the app.
