Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what this is

TailorTrade ("we", "us") provides software for building and paper-testing AI trading agents. By creating an account you agree to these terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Risk Disclosure. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Paper trading only, not advice

TailorTrade only simulates trades. We do not hold your money, execute real-money trades, or give investment advice. Please read the Risk Disclosure — it is part of these terms.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Give us a real email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Tell us right away if you think someone else got into your account.

4. Fair use

Please don't:

• break the law, or use TailorTrade to mislead or harm others;
• try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits of the service;
• create many accounts to get more free usage, or resell access;
• scrape or redistribute market data from the service.

We may suspend accounts that do these things.

5. Plans, billing and cancelling

• The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time in the app; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Prices may include VAT or sales tax where required.
• If we change prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal.

6. Your content

Strategies, prompts and settings you create stay yours. You let us store and process them so we can run the service for you. AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate.

7. Third-party services

If you connect a broker account or use outside AI models or market data, those providers' own terms also apply. We're not responsible for their services.

8. No guarantees and limits of liability

The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will be error-free or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that can't be waived.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using TailorTrade and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why when we can.

10. Changes and governing law

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll ask you to accept the new version in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without limiting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
